Lockes 8 year old single malt was first released in 2000 and is double distilled in traditional pot stills at the Cooley Distillery.
Matured in bourbon barrels with 10% Peated Malt .

NOSE : Camphor, hints of peat and loads of vanilla.
PALATE : A full on tongue riot as melons and custard creams go at it big time.
FINISH : The lurking peat finally makes itself felt.
COMMENT : A very enjoyable, no nonsense malt.
