A unique 19 year old Blair Athol, bottled by Cadenhead. Distilled 1997, matured in 2 Bourbon hogsheads, bottled 2016 at 54.5% abv, 498 bottles produced.
Nose: Earthy notes and heather, dark fruits and plumbs.
Palate: Slight fruity notes but still with a mixture of earthy tones along with pineapple and honeycomb.
Finish: Brambles, lingering creaminess, with more pineapple and some flinty notes.
