A 15 Year old official distillery bottling of Benrinnes which is bottled by Diaego for their Flora and Fauna series. It is partially triple-distilled due to their unique distilling process.

“A brief flash of caramel shortcake on the initial nose, soon becoming more peppery and leathery, with some sherry. Ultimately savoury and burnt rubber notes. Nose : Sweet and sherried. Fruity with a hint of smoke. Very appealing from the start. Old fruits. Grows very rich and complex. Exquisite!
With a drop of water the nose improves even further.
Taste : Sherried with notable leathery notes. Bittersweet. Sherry dryness with smooth episodes.
Finish : Very nice. Oaky and smoky. Orange. Long, dry finish with sherry moving back and forth.
