Tasting Notes

Description

Nose: Poached pear, cedar and sugar-snap peas. A hint of strawberry jam develops.

Palate: Caraway and thyme make for a herbaceous opening, shortly followed by sloe berry, chocolate cake and a touch of flint.

Finish: Sherried orange peels and stem ginger.
