Main maturation in 1st fill American Oak ex-Bourbon casks and finished in virgin American oak casks, its delicate taste of sweet, honeyed fruit and gentle warmth will bewitch you. The new 12 year old, has been bottled at a slightly higher 46.3 abv, negating the necessity for chill-filtration and so retaining more of its original flavour.

Palate : Smooth creamy sweetness with sumptuous hints of fruit, malty honeyed spiciness and soft vanilla.
