Nose : Warm vanilla Danish pastry. Fruity with lychees and rum soaked raisins. Demerara sugar and mandarin oranges.
Palate : Very fruity, bananas and light fruits. Hints of crème brulee. Warm alcohols and a long dry finish.

This is the 14th ‘chapter’ in The English Whisky Company’s history and the not peated sister of chapter 15. Chapters are limited runs of special whiskies produced from different malts and matured in unique oak ex-Bourbon casks.
Distilled in 2010 and bottled at 46% abv in January 2016, non chill-filtered, natural colour.
