Billy Walker spends endless amounts of time in the GlenAllachie warehouses sampling across the range of casks, with over 50,000 on site it’s not a job for the faint hearted. However, it’s certainly time well spent when the results of his endeavours are tasted.
Released in batches this 10 year old GlenAllachie has been matured in a combination of first and second-fill bourbon, PX puncheons, Oloroso hogsheads and virgin oak casks.
Current stock is Batch 3, bottled at 58.2%, non chill filtered and natural colour.
