Palate : Butterscotch, toffee, stewed apples and pears, cinnamon and honey.
Finish : Green apple skins and woody spices.

700 ml, 42.0% abv, Ireland
Originally matured in a first fill bourbon barrel before being transferred into a French oak calvados xo cask. A cask which had previously held apple brandy for six years. Sweet and smooth on the palate with touches of vanilla, honey, orchard fruits and woody spice.
