This is the Hellyers Road flagship product, distilled from Tasmanian grown malted barley, pure Roaring 40’s rainwater and yeast.
Matured in American white oak barrels and bottled at 46.2% abv, with no artificial colouring and not chill filtered.
The distilling process ensures an enhanced single malt flavour delivering a well-balanced and very smooth spirit.

Hellyers Road Distillery featured strongly at the recent Malt Whisky Society of Australia’s Awards for Excellence announced in Adelaide. The 10 Year Old received high marks from the judging panel.
