700 ml, 43% abv, Ireland (County Down)

Irish Whiskey bottled under the newly created Hinch distillerys label. Perfectly matured over time in ex-Bourbon American Oak barrels, before being finished in Oloroso Sherry casks from Jerez. Finished for a minimum of 6 months, the process enhances the golden liquid’s outstanding character and flavour.

The new Hinch Distillery set in the old Killaney Estate in Northern Ireland has now commenced distilling. Like many new distilleries, Hinch have released expressions from their range sourced from other distilleries, to give an idea of what to expect from their own distilling.
