Hobart Whiskies 5th release is a selection of small American oak ex-bourbon casks expressed at 55.7%. It’s a beautiful example of a bourbon cask full of baked ricotta, peanut brittle and milk chocolate with some youthful stone fruit thrown in the mix.

Craft distilled, oak rested and hand bottled at the Devils Distillery in the heart of Hobart, each small batch of Hobart whisky holds its own distinctive characteristics and signature flavour.
