Tasting Notes

Description

Nose : Yoghurt covered raisins. Honeycomb and buttered pancakes.

Palate : Dry oily cereal notes with lots of vanilla. Blanched almonds and some peach notes with soft brown sugar.

Finish : Fruit syrup and cookie dough. Soft delicate finish with Jamaican rum notes.
