From barley malt and mountain spring water, stored in new oak casks with 225 litres capacity, a vintage spirit is created. Slyrs Sherry Edition No. 3 Oloroso Finish receives its finishing in the barrels of the renowned Spanish Bodegas Tradicion. A dry whisky which, through additional storage in the Olorso cask, has gained a spicy aroma with fragrant nut notes.
