Bottled by Gordon & Macphail at natural cask strength and colour directly from oak casks without chill filtering. The label on each bottle indicates the cask number and the bottling date, along with the distillation year and strength. 1st fill ex-Bourbon barrels.

Description

WITHOUT WATER:
Nose : Sweet honey and delicate herbal aromas mingle with banana, coconut,
and pear. Rhubarb and custard notes combine and lead to subtle
toasted malt edge.
Palate : Peppery and spicy with rich zesty orange, apple and raspberry flavours
are complemented by milk chocolate. Peppermint develops on the
finish.
WITH WATER:
Nose : Sweet vanilla, tropical fruits, and hints of Parma Violets lead to cocoa
powder notes.
Palate: Initially spicy on the tongue, with orange, ripe banana, and pear
flavours followed by milk chocolate. A subtle hint of lemon grass is
present.
Body : Light to medium.
Finish : Drying, medium in length with plenty of fruit.
