White Oak Akashi, 3 yr old ex-Bourbon, 50%, Japanese Single Malt Whisky

500ml, 50.0% abv, Japan

Distilled in July 2012, this extremely limited release of the 3 year old has spent 3 years and 6 months in one ‘1st Fill’ Bourbon Cask, imported from the U.S. from Wild Turkey. This cask produced 390 bottles (500ml). Bottling was done in March 2016.  Barrel #1244.
