For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $700). By placing your order you acknowledge this and guarantee that you are over the age of 18 years old.
DELIVERY
Delivery is usually by courier to your business address.
AVAILABILITY of PRODUCT
Although we endeavor to keep our web site up to date regarding availability of stock, we cannot guarantee that product advertised on our website is always available, due to clients orders arriving 24 hours a day. If we cannot immediately supply your order we will contact you, and if we cannot offer you a suitable replacement, we will immediately refund your purchase.
CANCELLATION of ORDER
You may cancel your order at any time by emailing us BEFORE we dispatch your order, in this instance a full refund will be made. Orders cannot be cancelled after they are dispatched from us to you.
DAMAGED GOODS
If your goods are received damaged, please contact us immediately telling us exactly what the damage is. Do not open bottles if damaged. Attach a photo of the damage in an email to us. Do not return damaged goods to us unless we instruct you to do so in writing (email or letter).
Damaged goods received by you will normally be fully refunded or replaced, but you must inform us immediately that you receive your delivery. Your satisfaction with our service is extremely important to us, if for any reason you believe we have not lived up to the best possible level of care, please let us know.
