Description
Nose without Water : Sweet vanilla, lime cordial, and toasted malt notes combine with hints of ginger and beeswax polish aromas.
Palate without Water : Sweet and creamy initially followed by white pepper on the tongue. Apricot and ginger flavours are complemented by hints of lime. Charred oak develops on the finish.
Nose with Water : Aromatic with sweet pear crumble aromas, ripe banana, and gooseberry. A citrus edge develops reminiscent of lemon sherbet sweets.
Palate with Water : Peppery followed by red apple, banana, and grapefruit complemented by charred oak flavours. A hint of peppermint is present on the finish. Body : Light to medium.
Finish : Short to medium with lingering spice.
