A great classic revisited with style, finesse and a hint of exotic. A very consensual bourbon version with vanilla flavours. It is distilled in Scottish and Belgian copper pot stills, aged in bourbon casks and neither chill filtered nor coloured. Its nose is fresh and well-balanced – vanilla, cream, honey, flowers.
Nose: Floral honey, peaches and cream, vanilla and buttery apple turnover pastry.
Palate: Smooth caramel, vanilla pod and lime zest, with a good spicy peppery note.
Finish: A burst of tangerine citrus on the finish with a helping of nutmeg.
